Andrew Zemon, CMPS, is the Vice President and Senior Loan Consultant at Greenwood Lending. As one of an elite group of professionals who have earned the Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist designation, Andy specializes in providing financial planning strategies for homeowners.
He builds lifetime relationships with clients, providing mortgage-based wealth-creation strategies and ongoing financial education and counsel. Andy consults with clients and presents them with a range of mortgage-based financial planning options to help them choose the right loan program for their overall financial goals.
Shawn Johnson, Team Captain, is responsible to ensure that every loan closes on time, with no negative surprises. Shawn holds the initial meeting with clients to answer questions, establish their purchasing capacity and verify loan criteria. He stays in touch with the client’s Realtor throughout the loan process, and makes Tuesday Update calls each week to keep them up to date on the status of clients’ loans.
Melinda Allen is the borrower’s primary point of contact on The Zemon Team throughout the loan process. She makes Tuesday Update calls each week to keep clients informed about the status of their loan. She also ensures that the team is held accountable in providing the best client service. Her No. 1 priority is to see that all calls to the team are answered or returned promptly and personally by a member of the team.
