We promote the concept of “Financial Planning for The Home” and this would not be complete with the reviews.
Advice on how to market your homes for sale. There is a section on our website which highlights our clients’ homes and special financing packages that guarantee buyers notice your properties.
Equity repositioning advice and information. What can your mortgage do to create opportunity? Greenwood Lending prides itself on our ability to council clients on the steps and tactics needed to become truly financially free faster then they ever thought possible.
Access to our Concierge Program. We keep a list of preferred vendors for all your housing needs (i.e. window washing, driveway paving, and tree removal). Call us first and if we don’t have a vendor, we will find one that comes highly recommended for you!
